2. What we collect
What you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to write, such as your organization and the service you are interested in. What the site collects automatically. Like most websites, ours collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how long you stayed, the page that referred you, and approximate location (city or region). Please do not send sensitive information through our form or email. That includes passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, and health records.

3. How we use it To reply to your message. To follow up about the service you asked about. To understand how people use the site and improve it. To keep the site secure. To meet legal obligations. We use your contact details to talk with you. We do not send bulk marketing emails from the contact form. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics This site uses cookies and similar tools to run properly and to measure traffic. The tools we use: Squarespace, which hosts the site and handles our contact form and basic site analytics. Google Analytics, which shows us how visitors use the site. Google Search Console, which shows us how people find the site in search. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use a browser opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control. Blocking cookies may break some features. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

5. Who we share it with We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as Squarespace, Google (for analytics, email, and file storage), and our scheduling, CRM, and accounting tools. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or if our business is sold or merged.
6. How long we keep it Contact inquiries are kept for up to 24 months. If you become a client, we keep records for 7 years for tax and legal reasons. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
7. Your choices and rights Depending on where you live, including Montana, California, and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to: Know what personal information we hold about you. Get a copy of it. Correct it. Delete it. Opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and certain profiling. Not be treated unfairly for using these rights. To make a request, email hello@studio-aissa.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
8. Children This site is for businesses and organizations. It is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you think a minor has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Security We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including trusted platforms and access controls. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Links to other sites This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
