Website Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 27th, 2026
1. Who we are
This website, www.studioaissa.com, is run by Wise Ventures LLC, doing business as Studio Aissa ("Studio Aissa," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a Montana limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@studio-aissa.com.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is for
This site shares information about our services: web design, email marketing, brand strategy, and marketing operations. Nothing on this site is a contract or a binding offer. Paid work happens only under a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.
3. Using the site
You agree to use this site lawfully. You agree not to:
Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
Use bots or scrapers to copy the site at scale.
Submit false, harmful, or misleading information through our forms.
Use the site to send spam or unsolicited promotions.
4. Our content and intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, logos, and other content on this site belong to Studio Aissa or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages. You may not copy, republish, or sell our content without our written permission.
Client work shown in our portfolio belongs to the respective clients. We show it with their permission.
5. Information, not advice
Articles, guides, and resources on this site are general information about marketing and web design. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Results vary. We do not promise any specific outcome, such as traffic, sales, donations, or search rankings.
6. Third-party links and tools
This site may link to other websites and use third-party tools, such as Squarespace, Google Analytics, and email services. We do not control those sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
7. Digital products and purchases
Digital products, such as templates and toolkits, are licensed to you for your own organization's use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them. Because digital products can be copied once delivered, all sales are final unless the product is broken or not as described. If something is wrong, email us within [14] days and we will make it right. Payments are handled by a third-party processor. We do not store your full card details.
8. Forms, emails, and communication
If you send us a message through a form or email, we may reply to you. Sending a message does not create a client relationship. Please do not send us sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers, or health records through our forms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you share.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
This site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, always available, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Studio Aissa and its owner, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. If we are found liable for any reason related to the site itself, our total liability is limited to [$100].
Some places do not allow these limits. If that applies to you, the limits apply only as far as the law permits.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you broke these terms or misused the site.
12. Changes to the site and these terms
We may update the site or these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after we post changes, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Montana. Before filing anything, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to work it out.
14. If part of these terms does not hold up
If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
